They indicate progressive mounting activity to help distinguish between true standing heat and false mounting activity.       For farmers who prefer a more traditional heat mount detector is a new self adhesive mounting heat detector containing a pressure sensitive coloured capsule which is activated by the pressure exerted on the cow when mounted. An integral time delay is designed to reduce false positives. The innovative new ‘peel and stick’ design makes the detector much easier to apply than other heat mount detectors which involve the use of messy glue.       To meet the demand for greater automation in the area of pre-milking preparation the new AutoFoamer automates the process of foam generation to provide farmers with a fully automated and constant supply of optimum quality foam. The kit comes with handy new dropper kits which incorporate a patented new system of foam generation to optimise foam quality and make for easy cleaning between milkings.       DipMizer is a new device which can be fitted to all Ambic dip cups to remove excess teat dip. The device adds a ‘sweeping’ step to the dipping routine in order to remove excess chemical from the cow’s teat as it is withdrawn from the dip cup.
